Delete your account
Open Account in Black Bot and choose Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address linked to your account. Additional checks may be required before account-related information is removed.
Help with a removal request
Open the website listing, use Black Bot’s ready-made email, then mark it as sent so the app can track the reply date. If an organisation has not replied within one calendar month, or declines the request, keep its response and your notes. The app can help you prepare the information needed to ask the ICO for help.
Urgent security issue
Use the subject line “Black Bot security” and describe the issue without including credentials, access tokens or verification codes.
