Agreement

These terms govern your use of Black Bot, operated by NSOLR Ltd (company number 15950192, ICO registration ZC215663). By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

Permitted use

You may scan only an email address or phone number that you own, control or are expressly authorised to use. You must not use Black Bot to target, harass, profile, impersonate or investigate another person without a lawful basis and their appropriate authority.

Provider results

Black Bot displays information returned by connected third-party providers. Coverage, accuracy and availability vary. A missing result does not prove that your information is absent, and you should check a website listing before taking action.

Removal tools

Black Bot can open a ready-made removal email, save when you mark it as sent and show when a reply is due. You review and send every request yourself. These tools are practical guidance, not legal advice or a guarantee that a website, broker or controller will remove information.

Accounts and security

Keep your account and device secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.

Paid access

Black Bot+ is available as a £4.99 monthly subscription or a £49.99 annual subscription. Payment is charged immediately when confirmed, with no free trial at launch. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store account before renewal. Current prices, included access and any applicable limits are shown before purchase, and App Store purchases are also governed by Apple’s terms and cancellation rules.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Black Bot is provided as a digital safety aid and we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unavailable third-party services or decisions made without independently checking results.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumer rights that apply in your home jurisdiction are not reduced.
